.Mpg videos not playing

.Mpg files are not playing, I just get a blank screen with the video controls showing

Could you add a small mpg video example for testing? (or email it to me [email protected] if you don't want to share it publically)

Thank you so much for getting back to me. they are home movie clips from my childhood and I think they are about 10 minutes long ( or there abouts). I can send one over but it would be a large file!

Hi Marijn

here is one of the files that won't play. I did try using the Wetransfer, but they emailed me back saying that you hadn't downloaded the file so it was deleted. Hopefully this like to my Google Drive will work for you.

My parents also use the software and they are having the same problem.
