Images are not shown scaled to fit

Images that show up on the screen are not scaled to fit the screen. I have tried all settings in RPS and settings in Windows Personalize (tile, fit, etc.) I can use a setting where the full image shows up in the middle of the screen but I get an outlying image on the rest of the screen that is shaded and again, not the full image.

This can be fixed by disabling the Zoom and pan effect / Ken Burns Effect:

• Open Random Photo Screensaver (RPS) Settings by pressing the S key whilst RPS is running.
• Click on the Slideshow tab.
• Scroll down to Effects > Use selected transition effects
• Uncheck Zoom and pan effect / Ken Burns Effect

I am still having this problem (Stretch not having any effect with Contain selected), and disabling Zoom And Pan didn't help.
