Retain folders that are not accessible in settings

  1. It's undesirable to delete (i.e. permanently change) a folder setting just because it is temporarily not available - this can happen for a number of reasons - removable drive, server or network down etc. It's far better to just ignore the path in such cases, rather than requiring settings to be re-established after such temporary incidents

  2. As I also reported, I'm seeing at least occasional loss of local folder settings on a Win 7 laptop - no network, no removable drive. Rather puzzling. Do you have any debug mode/logging that might be used to track that one down?

These are show-stopper issues unfortunately - they prevent this otherwise-excellent tool from being used as expected. So I hope I can help you get to the bottom of it.
