Apply live image filters

It would be nice to have an option so that the screen saver dynamically apply filters like Oil paint (my top priority), vintange, borders, ...

My personal goal is to have a monitor within a wood frame showing pictures that would look like paintings without having to modify every picture. I know the effect will surely not be as good as manually modifying every picture one by one but it would save so much time...
