Project migrated from bower to spago

Hi Brian,

thanks for your great optics introduction "Lenses for the Mere Mortal: PureScript Edition".

As I failed to easily launch a REPL for your bower project I migrated it to spago and additionally removed the meanwhile deprecated purescript-generics-rep package dependency.

If this PR makes any sense and is helpful you might also update the introductory "Getting ready" section of your book from "bower install" to "spago build".
