How to make coachmark non dismissible?

Please let me know Is it possible? If possible how can i do this? I want user to tap only on highlighted widget. If user tap anywhere on screen then i don't want to do anything. Can user enter data in highlighted textfield with coachmark and dismiss coachmark on next button click.
