Facebook fql is deprecated for versions v2.1 and higher for cakephp 2.6.10

Hello, i have implemented this plugin in my cakephp project. When i click on the login button, then it successfully redirects to the Facebook page but when it loads back to my webpage, then it displays the error i.e.

Facebook API error code 12 (OAuthException): (#12) fql is deprecated for versions v2.1 and higher

Error: An Internal Error Has Occurred.

My cakephp version is 2.6.10 please help me in resolving my problem. Thanks a lot..!!

Unfortunately, the code is outdated and I will not be able to mantain it because I am not working any longer with the Facebook API.

FQL is deprecated and will soon stop working. You can find more information here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/fql and https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/versions/

I suggest you try some other plugin like this one: https://github.com/webtechnick/CakePHP-Facebook-Plugin

I'll update the README with this information! I apologize for any trouble caused!!

Hello There Hope you are doing great We are using cakephp 3.0.1 version we are USING FACEBOOK api we have only sheft server and we are facing error messGE An Internal Error Has Occurred WHEN WE ARE REDIRECT to facebook

@magentodevelop This plugin is only available for CakePHP 2. For version 3.x, if you only need a CakePHP Facebook Plugin, then I would suggest this one https://github.com/akkaweb/AKKA-CakePHP-Facebook-Plugin. However, if in the future you would like to expand to more Social Logins then I would suggest this one https://github.com/ADmad/CakePHP-HybridAuth

@magentodevelop hi, this plugin is not working anymore because it's outdated. I don't have plans to update it, so probably you should either follow @akkaweb suggestions or try fixing it.

This plugin is working fine other server we have only chnaged the server i thing server issue.but i am not able to find which setting required for this please suggest which setting enable the server Access token not creating display error message
