Open ArchiRem opened this issue 1 year ago • 3 comments

Hello, I am an architecture student.

I discovered this software a few days ago, it was still possible to download the software. But today, I just looked it is no longer available.

Where can i find the software for download or how can i recompile it so i can use it ?

Thanks !

Hi, I'm also interested in this software, but there seem to be depreciations and incompatibilities with M1 Macs (or apple silicone in general). Is there a working executable instead?

@ArchiRem I was able to get the .exe file off the Wayback machine (https://web.archive.org/web/20230103222112/http://ma-la.com/Tsugite_1.0.1.zip)

Not sure if it works bc I'm having trouble getting a VM set up on my mac. but i hope it works for you!

I managed to make it run with the new code. There are few more module to add like opengl, qt5 etc.

I suggest use using docker solution provided by mskyttner in his pull request. I think @marialarsson and dev team did not look into it, its has been years! New tsugite have a few more CNC options added.

[Run it in the browser using docker] Read here -- (https://github.com/marialarsson/tsugite/pull/25) mskyttner and katrinleinweber also included the proper requirements.txt and makefile for macOS so you dont have to go the hard way.
