Table view "Add Note" button doesn't display name of new note, locks up

What happened?

Using the Add Note button in Table View, the newly added note doesn't get its title displayed, and sometimes other fields fail to populate as well. The View tabs may also lock up. Closing and re-opening Projects will fix both issues.

What did you expect to happen?

The table should be populated with all of the new note's information, and the view tabs should continue to work.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

• Open Table view in a project
• Click on Add Note
• fill out the fields
• click Create Note
