Wrap table column header text

What would you like to be added?

This plugin has been awesome for me. Thanks for taking the time to develop. There are two items that would help this work better (for me, but I also think for others as well)

1. When resizing fields in the Table View, it would be helpful if the title of each data column would word wrap. I need to scrunch the columns because of screen width. but if I scrunch too much (say for a field that deals with a checkbox), I lose the heading. Word wrap would be great if possible. Also, if you constrained the resizing to the width of the title, that might be ok, but certainly would restrict sizing.
2. I have noticed that if I have created a new markdown file separately but decide to add it to a project folder, it doesn't immediately refresh. I am forced to switch between that project and another I am working on to get the refresh.

Why is this needed?

This will help make the experience more user friendly, eliminate extra steps I need to take, and make things more neat and orderly.
