Is the warnings-ng plugin pinned to an old version (e.g. to version `8.3.0` like in the [cx-server](https://github.com/SAP/devops-docker-cx-server/blob/fd5a286600555fe8f7be6b8517dbfd1f6a127403/jenkins-master/plugins.txt#L43))?
