Use icon for state of bootstrap accordion element

Current behavior: The state of a bootstrap accordion element can only be derived from the existence if the detail list. The hyperlink to change states is linked to text. Desired behavior: The state should easily be visible from icons, one for “open”, the other one for “closed”. The hyperlink should be linked to this icon.
