This project looks fantastic, thank you for sharing!
As it stands, the package @svelte-ts/bazel npm package referenced in the README does not seem to exist. Understanding that the project is still a WIP, what would be the best way to install and try this out at this time?

As you mention the package doesn't actually exist (probably should mention this on the README).
There's not really any way to try it out currently except for cloning it and fiddling around with the svelte_module definition yourself.
I've been quite busy at work so I haven't had the time to continue this ATM.
The HEAD of the repository doesn't actually work as supposed to as I'm separating Bazel completely so it'll be an optional choice for users.
The reason for that is, most people don't use Bazel, but instead Webpack or Rollup, so they'll require plugins/loaders.
