Add support for missing device HmIP-BS2 (Schaltaktor für Markenschalter – 2-fach)

Hi, it'd be great if this device could be supported. Basically a wall light switch with two toggle channels. I think it’s very similar to the HmIP-BSL, only that it toggles two lights and doesn’t have the LEDs to signal. Thanks!

Hi @mcmaxl,

I need to do some refactoring first to support more than one channel for each device. I will look into it for the next release.
