Develop the new stepper shield

As a Open Niryo One user I would like to be able to control stepper motors with a stepper shield, so that I can control the arm movements.

There is some ledPin in config.h. But I have never seen any uses of it. Will we place a some led on PCB?

Hi Mike, I would say so, just to stay aligned to the main project and to avoid changes on the code.
