get_client_all_sessions could use __fetch_all and __fetch_paginated ?

Hello,

when we have lots of clients and lots of connected sessions, we are stuck with default PAGE_SIZE. Maybe we could also use the __fetch_all and __fetch_paginated mechanism ?
