how to regerate deepstream-app application in bin file

I use "sudo rm deepstream-app " command to delete this application. However,when I run the command " make -C nvdsinfer_custom_impl_Yolo clean && make -C nvdsinfer_custom_impl_Yolo" ,nothing happens.What can I do. I do this because I try to changes some codes in deepstream-app samples,but nothing happens,so I am thinking about generating a new one.Therefore,I delete the original one
