GPU based nms

Hi! you did greate job! And there was a question which confused me. According to New optimized NMS, you changed cluster-mode from 4 to 2. Does it means that you used deepstream nms function rather than customed nms? As far as i know, deepstream nms funciton is cpu based.

Yes, I reverted the NMS to CPU due to accuracy drop. I will start new tests with GPU NMS and I will update the repo when I get good results again.
