Tidy directory and refactor functions

  • Major refactoring of plot_tiltedmaps.
  • Remove docs directory since pkgdown currently deploys to gh-pages.
  • Move pkgdown config to pkgdown directory.
  • Upgrade pkgdown GHA to r-lib/actions@v2.
  • Upgrade R version needed to 3.5 since there is one import with such requirement.
  • Update NEWS.
  • Move CoC to .github directory.
