stimulus-checkbox-select-all is somehow misbehaving and registering twice?

This package doesn't work (sorry, I know that's a lot of detail): stimulus-checkbox-select-all: "npm:^5.3.0"

Element with id /Users/kim/Projects/dockspot/node_modules/stimulus-checkbox-select-all/dist/stimulus-checkbox-select-all.mjs-c-false is already registered

I talked to @marcoroth at Baltic Ruby just now and he said this report is fine.
