Show race info without times

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. hide_racedatetimes & show_raceinfo aren't independent of each other. I cannot show the race info, but have it shown without the race times.

Have you tried if it is already a feature? Have you checked the wiki? Does not appear to work.

This would require a total overhaul of the way the information is displayed currently. So this won't be realized in the near future
