Cache Rules

It would be interesting if it were possible to specify caching rules using HTTP headers and they would be honored by minirps.

Perhaps it would be necessary to implement Clear-Site-Data.

I found this library in rust and had this discussion but I still don't know the correct way to approach the problem.
