Add prop to set the maximum cycle speed when holding spinner button

When you hold the button of a spinner, its value goes through possible values at a speed that accelerates up to a maximum sped as you hold the button. Please could you add a prop that allows you to set this maximum speed to which the cycle speed can accelerate?
