Automatic setting as default

When I installed the new 1.7 version it automatically set it self as the default template.

The problem with that, apart from being a bit of a surprise, is that the admin may not want to be using this particular template as the default, but rather for particular groups and users, so would not necessarily want his/her system changed quite so globally

I will disable this auto default setting after installation in the next release.
