Getting unhandled exception
Installed as directed in rtlsdr.com, getting "Unhandled exception ... DII not found". Any ideas? System: Win 10, SDR# 1919, RTLSDR v3.

Can you give me a little more information, At what point do you get this error?
For installation, just put the 3 dlls in the /plugins/ RTL_433 folder, no need for a key in Plugins.xml
Then to receive the information: Configure source button: -Sampling mode:quadrature sampling -Preferred Sample Rate->0.25 MSPS(default value rtl433), imposed if record .wav -Tuner AGC:on(corresponds to auto gain with rtl433) can be manually-> off. -RTL AGC:off.(not the AGC panel) can be set on for weak signals.

OK my setup was wrong: I had the dll files under plugins. I created the RTL_433 subdir and moved the dll files there. I start SDR#, click on "Enable Plugin", click on the right-hand-arrowhead start icon and a windows pops up immediately with the error. I selected the setting in your email (sampling rate, quadrature, Tuner AGC on, RTL AGC off). Attached is a screen capture.
I started googling the problem and "DII" appears to mean "DLL" and in: https://forums.radioreference.com/threads/sdr-not-running-dll-was-not-found.460356/ It said install .net desktop runtime. I installed version 7.0.16, rebooted the system and same problem. It could be the machine as it is a low-end refurbished HP EliteDesk small box.
