Info on ACK + Payload

Hi,

I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction for decoding the ACK + Payload packets as detailed on page 39 of your slides? https://github.com/marcnewlin/mousejack-nes-controller/blob/master/docs/DEFCON-24-Marc-Newlin-MouseJack-Injecting-Keystrokes-Into-Wireless-Mice.slides.pdf

My dongle is sending these and it seems to be for firmware updates, as after 3 tries, the Unifying Software shows a pop up indicating my "Software is up to date". Any idea how I can decode them and how my device should respond?

ACK Payload 2 = 00:10:C3:00:12:3F:13:00:00:C9
