ensure cxxproject runs on different ruby version

setting up a specific version of ruby including all gems can be a major pain in the ass... we must not neglect potential problems of users in this area...

this is a MUST: ruby 1.8.7 ruby 1.9.2 ruby 1.9.3

this is nice to have: ruby 1.8.6

tests would be nice to ensure conformance... same for:

  • linux
  • mac os
  • windows
