focus / blur Events doesn't fire in IE10

The events focus and blur doesn't fire in Internet Explorer 10. Change event is working as expected. I didn't tested the other ones. There isn't any error message in Internet Explorer Developer Tools.

I tested with latested release of jquery-selectBox on Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10.0.9200.16599 in metro and desktop view.
