Select Box Drop downs not working in IE8

Loving the plugin so far, but having issues in IE8. First and foremost, the select box is not expanding at all. Also not able to navigate the box with keyboard. Borders are set to 1px, so it should not be related to that issue. Did remove the rounded borders on the fields. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you check the newest version, please? I guess this is related to the tabIndex bugs in other issues, that has been fixed yet.

I am using IE8 and I tried the latest version of master and I can confirm that the dropdown menus are not clickable.
