What about creating a betterscan-doc repo to start a documentation using a staticgen to replace https://github.com/marcinguy/betterscan-ce/wiki.

Because we can't contribute/PR to this embedded wiki.

Previously, only collaborators could edit it (submitting PR or added by me).

I opened the wiki for public editing.
