Localhost domain over ip
Hi. The app concept is great. But it can be utilised in an easy way. Once I have tried to setup a small network with my desired domains on my local server (wamp) and it was succesful as I tried it on windows as server and android as listener. I was able to open my domain after a small host file config over hostvpn app on playstore. And I had to also edit system host file on my pc. I hope this would be applicable by adding vpn host feature. Thanks ;) [But I think host file can only be changed manually](external software cannot edit)

Hey, thanks for the issue!
I'm a little bit confused, what exactly are you trying to do here? As far as I know, Sharik works just fine on Windows
For windows:- If we add a domain in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts Like:- 198.168.0.1 x.co And Now Have a look here: https://github.com/x-falcon/Virtual-Hosts This opensource vpn host adding app is available on playstore. In this app, If we add a host file host.txt in which 192.168.0.1 x.co written. (Replace 192.168.0.1 with the one obtained by ipconfig command) Now we can access x.co in android I was just suggesting that virtual hosts a short domain x.co accessible over local network. So it would be easier over using ip address
Oh, I see. Thanks for explaining!
However, as far as I know, VPN implementation on every platform is different. So this will take a lot of time to get all of that working perfectly on every platform.
Moreover, while it is a pretty cool feature, I do not think that it is that important. I'll leave this issue opened to come back to it in the future, when Sharik will have all other requested features and I'll simply run out of ideas.
Thanks for your input!
