Tutorial / Puzzlers mode

As a new player I want to start the tutorial and do a set of 'puzzlers'. A puzzlers is a small board setup in which you have to reach the target with a limited set of cards. The first 10 puzzlers can explain the game and tile elements. After that we can make puzzlers for players to practice.
