create facade for queue management

Sure, I'd be glad to :) To be honest, I haven't had a great need for this, so I haven't put that much thought into it. What would you expect from a feature like this?

I only need call queue management at the moment

I would expect a basic get/set/list/remove with the attempt information

Basically, I want to get the success/failure information as well as remove them when I'm about to use a different contact method
