Toasts blocked by ad-blockers

Same issue as #183 , just more details.

It seems to be related to the cosmetic filters of uBlock Origin (and probably other ad-blockers).

the ##.iziToast-capsule filter is present in at least two major lists:

• https://easylist.to/easylist/fanboy-annoyance.txt
• https://www.fanboy.co.nz/fanboy-cookiemonster.txt

I'm registering on https://forums.lanik.us/ to notify them about the problem.
