Frequent error related to numba

I updated package recently, and now I frequently get error on importing numba. Tried several times downgrading numba, reinstalling everything afresh in a new numba environment etc., the error keeps coming up. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it creates a dead end forcing reinstalling everything again related to py_vollib_vectorized, numba, numpy and llvmlite in new env.

Earlier it was working absolutely fine for many months.

Not able to understand if this is caused by some recent updates. Am also not able to downgrade py_vollib_vectorized to earlier version as there is no information anywhere on choosing versions to upgrade/degrade.
