Dropping XML support

The Orion Context Broker [announced](https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-orion/releases/tag/0.27.0) it will drop support XML after its next release. We will also follow and drop XML.

Work is currently being done on the [fiware-ngsi2-api](https://github.com/Orange-OpenSource/fiware-ngsi2-api) to implement a Java library to support this new API.
