How to define diferent size of diferent headers?

Hi,

I'm trying to generate a PDF but it isn't work like expected. My first page don't need a header but all other have. When a pass option: "height: 40px" I'm getting a section with this height in first page and when I set height to 0px no one page had a header. Any idea to fix this?
