extra margin above header

After creation of pdf there is always extra margin above all the headers. There is no options to solve this issue yet.

Same issue. If i start just from console, everything ok. If on node server - extra margin on every page. If remove header - no extra margin.

Same issue with header (margin above ) and footer (margin below)

Same here on Windows but not on Linux/CentOS 7. Seems to be a resolution issue.
