Draw a graph at a specified position

Thank you for developing such excellent software. The following figure shows a chromosome with a length of 3.5Mb. I found that the region around 2.5Mb is what I need, and I would like the graph to display only, for example, 2.4-2.6Mb, similar to what is shown in your paper. Is there a way to achieve this? Or do I need to use image editing software to remove the unnecessary parts and retain only the desired section?
