Excel Template to compare 4 datasets?

Hi everybody,

is there an Excel template or a way to expand the Excel template (v2.4) easily to 4 datasets? I want to compare 4 different samples (taxa composition) and use them as figures for my thesis. If I create the charts for each dataset separatly, the taxa have different colors (dependent on the abundance) and it is confusing when I switch between the samples.

Not currently. You would have to use KronaTools instead.

There is a preview version available here that overhauls how samples are handled, allowing an arbitrary number by using a column for sample name. Hopefully it is still in time for your thesis! Let me know how it works for you.

Hey, thank you very much for your advice! For my thesis it's to late, but I'll keep it in mind for further projects. It's a great tool to show and compare differences in the metagenome! Best regards
