Color using KronaTools

Hi. I am struggling to find instructions or examples for how to color a plot using the command line Krona tools. For instance, I have two metagenomic samples for which I have generated individual Krona plots of phylogenetic compositions. I would like to color in each chart which taxa are unique to that sample and which also appear in the other sample. Is this possible? Thank you!
