Hi,

I used your tool and I got this comment from the Editor:

If possible, please adjust the red/green colors used in Figures to make them accessible to those with color blindness. Please review our color blindness guidelines for figures.

I am wondering, how I can change/customize the colors?

Hi @mabouelk, Hope this is still relevant, but most import scripts have -x and -y for setting the color range. They both take a hue from 0-360.

Could you please explain how to use the -x and -y settings to adjugst the color range of the Krona plots. I get an error when I try adding those arguments to either the 'ktImportXML' or ktImportText' command.

For example, running 'ktImportText test.tsv -x 10 -y 50' returns the following message: 'Unknown option: x Unknown option: y'
