taxid not found in database

I'm getting the following warning when I do krona on centrifuge's kraken style report after cutting the first and third columns, <ktImportTaxonomy centrifuge_report.krona> and hence my results are poor. Warning : The following taxonomy IDs were not found in the local database and were set to root (if they were recently added to NCBI, use updateTaxonomy.sh to update the local database): 4 5 37 3 8. I did use updateTaxonomy.sh for updating but still the error repeats. what can be a solution to shi?
