What is "other Root" in Krona chart?

It appeared in the result of running ktImportBLAST.

I am also running into this same issue. Upon importing tabular blast hits, some queries get an LCA of other Root, while the taxIDs of the blastn hits of these queries are all from related species.

Hi, I have the same question, but I'm using diamond output. What does "other Root" in the chart means?
