ktImportTaxonomy does not work. Ran all the update files.

I am using Krona tools 2-7. I ran both updateAcession.pl and updateTaxonomy.pl from Kronatools package as required after installation and everything finished without any issues. The output file contains a TaxID of 1. I have an example of one blast result but I did several tentatives with different blastx results and I have the same error. I have uninstalled and re-installed in case it was some error during installation. The error given to me is below. Any idea on what might be happening?
