Hello @yzJiang9,

If you are looking for gene annotations, currently, it is only available through the CHM13 UCSC browser. All raw data of each tracks can be downloaded from here. So far, we only have gene annotations available in gff3 format.

Stay tuned for RefSeq and Ensembl gene annotation, which will become available in a month or two. Of note, the Ensembl team has not yet decided to release the MySQL files along with it. The UCSC team is building a database backed browser as well, however the MySQL structure is very different.

Will follow up once we have more information available.
