have to restart the daemon for it to work after computer wakes up from sleep

I have the GPU fan to stay off until 51C. Everything works perfectly. When my computer wakes up from sleep, the fan just stays on. In order to make fan control settings work again, I have to sudo systemctl restart radeon-profile-daemon

Anyway to resolve this?
