[Feature request] Changelogs after update

First of all: thanks for the great tool, it's the best vim plugin manager I've used to date (and believe me, I tried a lot).

I have one feature request however: after a plugin is updated, would it be possible to show an overview of its git changelog? This would be really useful for me.
