Allow a user to select what show on load. Especially for PWA, it might to usefull to show expense creation dialog instead of month summary.
Try to use https://github.com/mikoskinen/Blazor.Animate to animate page transitions. The idea is that the pages will swap by sliding from right to left.
Use version number in resource path to prevent caching between versions.
An extension of the #179 we may support updates to all objects event when offline.
