Summary filtering

Button could have foreground=red when some filter is applied.

This could be taken much much broader.

But first things first, be should not provide a way to filter data, as these data should be pre-generated for at least some performance.

So, instead of filters, we would provide a way to define "views", a persisted definition of content for Summary and Overview. These views could define periods, category filters, amount filters, etc. Defining such view or editing it would trigger rebuilding a readmodel for it.

It think we won't hit this in first version.
